Projects
A review of Robert’s partial project list demonstrates various levels of strategic planning where he has clearly demonstrated leadership. Many of the projects listed are linked to long-term strategic plans written by Robert while under both direct hire and contract.

Taken from Robert's own words:

"I believe it is important to list the many varied technology projects I have personally created in order to gain the depth and breadth of my career work. I have been on the ground floor on all of these projects where in some way, I have actually participated "hands-on". I believe that in order to lead these projects, it is necessary to take active roles within them in some way. This project list not only consists of those were I handled cable, installed software, setup servers, designed network charts but also hired staff, managed budgets, and participated as project sponsor or project manager. As project responsibility grew, I also grew. I moved from a technical manager to a operations manager with a business leadership role as a member of a facility management team. The number of direct reports I have managed has ranged from 3 to 12. The largest department I was responsible for leading had 31 people. Today, by virtue of my experience and training and continuous professional development, I am preparing for a higher leadership role in technology or business operations management. The areas I have demonstrated great potential and have been encouraged to pursue as the next stage in my career. For even more insight into the business side of my work than that listed here, see the page in my Bio, listing the Industries that I have served."
